The home was updated just this year (2022) and is on the vacation rental market for the first time. It is loaded with amenities like Tempurpedic mattresses, drip, K-cup, and Nespresso coffee makers. The beach is steps away. The front deck is an early riser’s delight – the sunrises are magnificent! The shaded area on the ground floor is a great place to enjoy the outdoors yet stay cool.
Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds after 30 days.
